Lycoris Recoil × Sumida Aquarium Collaboration in Tokyo

From October 25 (Fri) 2024, to November 18 (Mon) 2024, Sumida Aquarium will be hosting a collaboration with the TV anime Lycoris Recoil at its museum shop and Penguin Café.

Lycoris Recoil is an original anime series about "Lycoris," agents of a secret organization working to prevent crime before it happens. With its unique characters and dynamic action scenes, the anime has garnered significant attention. In one scene, the main characters Chisato and Takina visit an aquarium, drawing many fans to Sumida Aquarium.‌

As part of the collaboration, original merchandise featuring newly illustrated artwork of Chisato and Takina posing in front of the aquarium's coral reef tank will be available. The Penguin Café will also offer original drinks with collectible coasters depicting cute, chibi versions of the characters.

Original aquarium-themed merchandise featuring new illustrations will be sold! The lineup includes 22 new items, such as a memo pad inspired by the bookmark Takina created in the anime.

The sodas are inspired by the characters at the aquarium and shimmer when stirred. Chisato’s soda has a pink lemonade flavor, while Takina’s features a blue lychee flavor.
